Delivery & Returns
Estimated Delivery Times
All of our cards for UK delivery are sent via Royal Mail First Class, so will arrive with your usual postal delivery. All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail claim that 93% of UK post is estimated to arrive the following day, but unfortunately the other 7% can take up to 3 working days. Therefore we advise ordering early where possible as unfortunately we can’t guarantee your card will be delivered on the estimated date!
Cards ordered for a specific delivery date in the future will be dispatched two working days before the requested delivery date. Please note as we only print and dispatch Monday – Friday, orders with a requested delivery date which falls on a Sunday or Monday will be dispatched on the Friday beforehand, so will likely arrive slightly early.
Delivery Charges
Free UK delivery: In recognition of your discerning taste in cards, all orders of 10 cards or more will qualify for free delivery.
UK standard delivery (1-9 cards): £2.95
We deliver internationally, and to keep things simple we’ve set one postage fee for orders of up to 20 cards depending on where in the world you are.
Europe Royal Mail standard delivery (5-7 working days): £10
USA Royal Mail standard delivery (5-7 working days): £12
Rest of the World Royal Mail standard delivery (5-7 working days): £14

Non-Arrival
If your cards have not arrived 3 working days after the dispatch date for domestic orders, or 10 working days after the dispatch date for international orders, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not happy with your order let us know and we will happily offer refunds or reprints if the items you receive are faulty or damaged.
